You must complete the New Lab Registration form in order to generate and start customizing your laboratory data management system. This form is accessible through the web at your organization's CELO Home Page.

For the registration, you will need to provide basic information about your laboratory including a name, ID, description, information for a contact person, among other details. When you successfully complete the registration, you will be directed to your laboratory's new website where you can begin building and using your data management system.
