OQAFMA is a database querying tool that provides efficient, flexible access to the Foundational Model of Anatomy. The OQAFMA server takes StruQL queries as input and returns XML-formatted results. The GAPP project adds a natural-language parser over the top of OQAFMA.
OQAFMA was developed by Peter Mork. The web interface demos were designed by Vishrut Srivastava.
