(XG.3D-QUATERNION-FROM-AXIS-ANGLE (<x> <y> <z>) <angle>)

DESCRIPTION

Generate a quaternion from an axis of rotation and an angle, specified in radians. The call returns a quaternion, stored as a 4-element list.
