SYNTAX

(XVOL-MIRROR-VOXELS-AXIALLY
    :VOXELS <grl:voxels>
  [ :AXIS <fix:axis> ]
)

DESCRIPTION

voxels should be either a rank-three CLASS-16-BIT-FLOAT-ARRAY or else a graphic relation holding such an array, named :INTENSITY.

axis should be an integer in [0,2].

This function simply mirrors the voxels along the given axis:

'axis' 0:   (i j *)
'axis' 1:   (i * k)
'axis' 2:   (* j k)

Note: "axially" in the function name means along some axis, as opposed to diagonally: It is not to be taken in the sense of axial vs sagital vs coronal.
