When you are done for the day (or have completed a significant amount of work and wish to save it to disk), select the "Exit" above "TRACE MENU", returning you to the "MORPHO" menu.
In the MORPHO menu, select "Write GRAPHIX file", then enter the name of the file in which you wish your digitized contours to be saved. IF YOU FORGET TO DO THIS, ALL YOUR WORK WILL BE LOST. (Actually, Skandha Morpho attempts to automatically periodically save your work in progress in "#morpho.tmp", so you may be able to rescue most of your work from there if you forget to save at this point.)
If you have unsaved contours, Skandha Morpho will remind you of that fact when you select "Exit" in the "MORPHO" menu, but will not force you to save them. (You can still return to the "MORPHO" menu and save your work, at any point until you actually exit from Skandha4 itself.)
To exit completely, just continue selecting "Exit" at the top of each menu until you get the "Exit To Unix" option, and click on it.
If it hangs in some way, just type ^C twice in the window you ran Skandha from, or kill Skandha4 window directly... tell Jeff how to reproduce the problem, if possible *grin*.
