Skandha Morpho Tutorial

This slisp-coded utility allows digitizing onscreen from .tiff images, saving the result as a .gfx file readable by Skandha3. The eventual plan is to integrate this facility with Skandha4's Skandha3 emulation, but for now writing out files which Skandha3 can read in provides a useful facility without requiring Skandha4 to fully replicate all Skandha3 capabilities.

Currently, Skandha Morpho works only with pre-aligned images; We get these from CAT and MRI scans. I'll add fiducial handling code to Skandha Morpho as soon as someone indicates an immediate need for it.

The following sections are intended to provide a simple walk-through of the essential steps in a typical digitizing session using Skandha Morpho; No attempt is made to explain inessential menu entries. Consult the Skandha Morpho reference manual for more complete documentation.
