This call will load a native Skandha3 file. The result is a valid thinglist suitable for display via the :DRAW <CAMERA> command, containing one graphic-relation pair for each "tube" in the input file. The input file may reference other files.
XSK3-LOAD-SKANDHA3-FILE is currently useful, but still very incomplete. Transforms ("rotors") in the input file are ignored, as are "lids" and a variety of other Skandha3 graphical objects -- only the typical tube-of-ribbons constructs are translated into Skandha4 form.
