SYNTAX

(SEND <cmr> :NEXT-FRAME)

DESCRIPTION

This call signals the logical start of a new image for animation purposes.

The result of (:GET <cmr> :FRAME-NUMBER) increases by one.

The result of (:GET <cmr> :SCRIPT-TIME) increases by (:GET <cmr> :SCRIPT-RATE).

Computation of :PER-FRAME-HOOK functions is done at most once per :NEXT-FRAME message.

This message has global effect; You need issue it only once per logical frame (not once per camera per frame) and it makes no difference to which camera you send the message.
